Here it is, the launch of VITAL, its been a long time coming, and I am so excited to say that what was once mine is now yours. Here at VITAL we aim to innovate, motivate and change the world around us, and I am more than sure that the content in our first issues will do just that.

It was my aim to make VITAL a place centred around your interactions, so don't be shy to get in touch and send in for our Bereal article next week! Our first issue was graced by the wonderful Lucy Perez as she takes us through the toxic world of skincare, and if I do say so myself its VITAL you take a look!
